1. CANCELLATION

Customers may cancel a consultation approximately 5–6 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation requests made less than 5–6 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be accepted.

2. RESCHEDULING

Customers may request to reschedule their consultation approximately 5–6 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Rescheduling requests made less than 5–6 hours before the appointment may not be accepted.

Rescheduling is subject to available dates and time slots.

3. LATE ARRIVAL OR MISSED APPOINTMENT

Customers are requested to be available at the scheduled consultation time.

If a customer misses the appointment or is unavailable without informing us within the permitted cancellation or rescheduling period, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment.
