1. REFUND POLICY
- Aventurine Crystals does not offer refunds for product purchases.
- No cash refund or payment reversal will be provided for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection.
2. RETURN POLICY
- Aventurine Crystals does not accept product returns.
- Products cannot be returned simply because the customer changed their mind or no longer wants the product.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchange is available instead of return/refund.
- Exchange requests must follow the conditions mentioned below.
- The product should be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
4. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT
If the customer receives a damaged product or a product different from what was ordered:
- Customer must contact Aventurine Crystals within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customer must provide clear photos and/or video showing the product, packaging and damage/wrong item.
- The proof must be sent within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp: 9833597541.
- After reviewing the proof, Aventurine Crystals will confirm whether the order qualifies for an exchange.
- If approved, an exchange for the same or a suitable alternative product may be provided, subject to availability.
5. EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging should be retained.
- Proof of purchase/order details may be required.
- Natural variations in crystals such as colour, texture, inclusions, lines or small marks are not automatically considered defects because each natural crystal is unique.
6. CANCELLATION
- Product orders can be cancelled only before the order has been processed/dispatched, subject to confirmation by Aventurine Crystals.
- Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
- Since refunds are not offered, cancellation does not create an automatic refund entitlement.
7. CONSULTATION CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
- Consultation appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled approximately 5–6 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Requests made later than this may not be accepted.
- Any applicable consultation payment/cancellation outcome will follow the booking terms displayed at the time of booking.
- Consultation cancellation/rescheduling is separate from product exchange policy.
