2. PRODUCTS & NATURAL CRYSTAL VARIATIONS
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colours, sizes and descriptions accurately. However, natural crystals and stones may naturally vary in colour, pattern, texture, size, inclusions and markings.
These natural variations are characteristics of genuine natural products and are not considered defects.
Any information provided about the traditional, metaphysical or spiritual properties of crystals is provided for general information and personal guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
3. PRICES & PAYMENTS
All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
Prices, product availability, offers and discounts may change from time to time.
Payments must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout. An order is processed only after successful payment confirmation.
4. ORDERS
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you, including your name, delivery address, phone number and other required details, is accurate and complete.
Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in situations such as product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity or an obvious pricing or product information error.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We provide shipping across India.
Standard shipping charge: ₹100 per order.
Free shipping: Orders above ₹1,000 are eligible for free shipping, after applicable discounts if any.
Orders are generally delivered within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation, subject to courier service and circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, remote locations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
6. EXCHANGE POLICY
Aventurine Crystals follows an exchange-only policy. We do not offer returns for change of mind.
An exchange request may be made within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The original packaging should be retained.
• Proof of purchase or order details must be available.
• The exchange request must be made within the applicable 7-day period.
• The requested replacement product is subject to availability.
Exchange requests may be reviewed before approval.
7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged product or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
You must provide clear photos and/or video proof within 24 hours of delivery, including the product and its packaging.
After reviewing the submitted proof, Aventurine Crystals will determine whether the order qualifies for an exchange.
If the submitted proof does not sufficiently establish that the product was damaged or incorrect when delivered, the exchange request may not be accepted.
8. CONSULTATION SERVICES
Aventurine Crystals offers spiritual consultation services including:
• Astrology
• Tarot
• Numerology
• Vastu
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for their consultation.
A consultation booking is considered confirmed after the required booking/payment process has been successfully completed.
9. CONSULTATION CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Consultation cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made approximately 5–6 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
Requests made too close to the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for cancellation or rescheduling.
Please contact Aventurine Crystals through the available customer-support channel for cancellation or rescheduling requests.
10. SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE DISCLAIMER
Astrology, Tarot, Numerology, Vastu and crystal-related information provided by Aventurine Crystals is intended for spiritual guidance, personal reflection and general informational purposes.

Customers are responsible for:

• Following the applicable exchange and damage-reporting procedures.
